As the Holy Spirit empowered the first disciples of Jesus to share the news of His resurrection, we too seek the power of the Spirit as we live out our mission. NEED A RIDE TO CHURCH?
We’ll help you… "Catch a Lift."
The “Catch a Lift” Program is our Transportation Ministry. For many people, especially seniors, people without transport or persons with disabilities, getting to church is a challenge. Although church can be a true lift to a Christian’s spirit,
lack of transportation means that this needed lift may be missed.
Participants simply stop by the Taxi Company at the Bronxville Train Station or call and arrange a lift to church. Tell the dispatcher or taxi driver that this is a Village Lutheran Church “Catch a Lift” ride and there is no cost.
